WCMRC is proud to present its second Annual Update. This update provides information ranging from highlights of the year, behind-the-scenes information on two of our spill responses, a message from our president, as well as reports from across a number of our departments. 2023 was another year of milestones as we completed plans set in motion years ago, and we wanted to share with you the completion of those milestones.
